8th period: 3:30 - 4:30 PM @ Coach Van Slooten's room (D222)
Tuesday, August 26 - Friday,
August 29
7:30 - 9:00 AM @ Coach's room
3:30 - 5:30 PM - Dryland @ 410 pool
September 2 - End of Season
1st period: 7:00 - 9:00 AM @ 410 pool
8th period: 3:30 - 5:30 PM @ 410 pool
Very Important:
Bring everything you need for working out.
If you forget, you go without!
Make sure you bring a Water Bottle.
