Tournament Rules:
--> Quarter Length: 4 minutes
--> Time outs allowed: 1 time-out
--> Breaks: 2 minutes after each quarter - no changing ends at any
point!
--> Ties will NOT be played off!
--> Desk: Each team must provide 2 desk workers before the game start
time or face a 2 point penalty against with one quarter of play forfeited.
Safety Rules (Any player violating these rules may
be removed from the game, next game and/or tournament):
--> Feet First: All players must enter the water feet
first - NO flips!
--> Pool Entry: NO Entry allowed from blocks, under the bulkhead or
behind the goals
--> Warm-up Pool is for Swimming only; Passing warm-up must be done outside!
-----> Non-playing teams may NOT enter the competition pool between quarters.
-----> Players violating the warm-up rules will be disqualified from their next
game! --> Clean up your team bench area
immediately after each game!
--> Entry during a game: Feet first from team bench area
--> Exit during a game: Exit from closest pool side
--> Entry between games: Feet first from the opposite side of
the desk
--> Exit between games: Exit towards the desk side of the pool |
