I am Mrs. Patsy Guerra and I am the counselor for  ECC,/PPCD, First and Fourth grades.  This is my fifth year as a counselor at Bob Beard Elementary.  Prior to coming to Beard, I was a counselor at McDermott Elementary school for three years.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University  of Texas at Austin, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and I am certified by the State Board for Educator Certification of Texas.  I have been married for 26 years and we have three beautiful daughters.  My oldest daughter  graduated from Northside  and UT-Austin.  My two youngest daughters graduated from Northside and   are now attending The University of Texas at Austin.   I love working with children and I look forward to working with both the parents and children of Bob Beard Elementary School.

Welcome to our webpage.  I am Mrs. Donna

Van Allen and I am the counselor for Kinder, Third and Fifth grades.    This is my tenth year with Northside Independent School District and my fifth year as a  counselor at Bob Beard Elementary.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and I am certified by the State Board for Educator Certification of Texas.  I have been married for 14 years and we have two beautiful children a son who will be turning 2 in January and a 5 year old  daughter.  My children consume the majority of my free time.  I scrapbook when I get the chance.  It is a nice calming hobby that allows me to unwind and let my creative juices flow.  I am looking forward to a wonderful school year at Bob Beard Elementary School.
