Welcome!

My name is Erin McDonald, and I am excited to be the Vice Principal of Burke Elementary.

This will be my seventh year in Northside. I have been a math support teacher at Thornton Elementary, a fifth grade teacher at Thornton Elementary and Fisher Elementary, and an Administrative Intern at Boone Elementary.

I attended Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. There I received a Bachelors Degree in Special Education and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. After moving down to Texas, I earned my Master Degree in Educational Leadership from UTSA.

I believe that all students have the potential for success. Here at Burke I want to be involved with helping students reach beyond their potentials. My door is always open so please do not hesitate to stop by!
