Annette Lopez, Principal

Dear Burke Bears,

My name is Annette Lopez, and I am thrilled to be the principal of Burke Elementary.

 

Northside ISD has been my home for many years. As a child I attended Leon Valley and Boone Elementary, Stevenson Middle School and Marshall High School. I am very proud to be a product of Northside schools.

 

I returned to Northside after receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from U.T.S.A. to teach at Brauchle and Carson Elementary. I then received my Masters of Arts in Mid Management from U.T.S.A. and served as the vice principal at Raba and Hatchett Elementary.

 

My role at Burke is to support you in any way that I can. I am confident that we will have a very successful year because at Burke Elementary-"We have one team and one goal and that is to make sure every child succeeds!"
