Kindergarten Round Up

Kindergarten Round up for 2009-2010. Parents/guardians may register students for next school year 8:30-11:00 and 1:00-3:00PM. Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2009 to attend kindergarten. Registration documents needed are: original birth certificate, shot records (up to date), SSN and proof of residence. Approved proof of residence is a lease or mortage papers in parents/guardians name or CPS or water bill in parents/guardians name. Parent/guardian will need picture ID also.
