Learning Tree After School Program Pre-Registratio

Parents whose children will be attending Hoffmann Elementary and would like to reserve a space in the Learning Tree After School Enrichment Program can pre-register.
PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

3:30 – 7 PM
Ward Elementary Library
8400 Cavern Hill

A non-refundable $25 registration fee, per child, is due at this time and will secure your child’s place in the program.
(Cash or Check only please.)

Please bring the following information: child’s SSN and student ID number; current contact information including address and telephone numbers for parent/guardian and all others authorized to pick up the child.
