Learning Tree After School Program Pre-Registratio

Parents whose children will be attending Langley Elementary and would like to reserve a space in the Learning Tree After School Program can reserve a space.
PRE-REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Thursday, May 21
3 – 7 PM
Ott Elementary Library
100 N. Grosenbacher Rd.

A non-refundable $25 registration fee, per child, is due at this time and will secure your child’s place in the program.
(Cash or Check only please.)

Please bring the following information: child’s SSN and student ID number; current contact information including address and telephone numbers for parent/guardian and all others authorized to pick up the child.
