The Young Astronaut Program
is a national educational after school program designed to promote
the study of science, math and space-related subjects. This program
is the world's largest space-related organization for young people,
with over 25,000 chapters abroad.
Carson students participate by attending a monthly
meeting filled with hands-on space-related and scientific activities
supplemented by NASA.
