Page 1 You will describe the time period during which the family lived. Mention one attribute that resembles or has affected modern socitey.
Page 2 Draw a map showing the location of civilization, with a caption explaining how the geography of the civilization affected historical or cultural developments.
Page 3 Explain and illustrate how the civilization developed and how this system influenced the development of the culture and time period. Explain the role the individual played within the civilization (i.e. political position).
Page 4 Explain the government of the civilization and how it has affected other civilizations or nations.
Page 5 Identify the economic system during the time the family lived (i.e. the patronage system). Compare how the economic system differed from a previous system (i.e. barter) and how this new system influenced the time period.
Page 6 Create a collage of examples of art, literature, clothing, etc., relevant to the time of the civilization. Explain how they reflect the values of the culture.
Page 7 Identify religious developments of the time and show how they affected political and cultural developments (i.e. superstitions, etc.)
Page 8 Describe the role of women, children and families during the civilization.
Page 9 Choose the most important scientific or technological innovation of the time period and explain how it affected this time period and modern society.
