CONTENT OBJECTIVE(S):

    1. Students will be able to locate and describe a city in the U.S. giving the following information:
      1. the location, relative and absolute
      2. landforms
      3. population
      4. major products
      5. cultural neighborhoods
      6. industries
      7. climate of the area
      8. interaction with other areas
    1. Students will be able to justify why the city is located where it is and why it has the industries that it does.

LESSON PROCEDURE:
    1. Teacher will present a discussion on the importance of sources on the internet, their characteristics, and a list of examples.
    2. The teacher will explain why it is important to compare several different sources.
    3. Pair students in the computer lab, one student will read instructions and copy information. One student will operate the computer.
