      1. The student will recognize the specific features of the persuasive speech
      2. The student will apply what we have learned about effective persuasive speaking to both your dealings with others and your own life
      3. The student will understand and implement the logical (logos), emotional (pathos), and ethical (ethos) appeals
      4. The student will use technology to present your persuasive speech (PowerPoint)
