Images can be easily saved from the Internet, but remember that every image is owned by the originator. Therefore, documentation is a must (see Sources page). PRACTICE: Saving Internet Images 1. Return to the Northside Independent School District Home Page (click HOME) 2. Right-Click on the Northside logo in the upper left corner of the home page 3. Select SAVE PICTURE AS (in Netscape, the command is Save Image As) 4. Change the "SAVE IN" location to your Dekstop. 5. Click SAVE - the NISD logo is now a file on your desktop that can be inserted in other programs 6. Maximize Word again 7. Click INSERT - PICTURE - FROM FILE 8. Navigate to your desktop and find the NISD logo you just saved. Click INSERT to insert the logo.
