society.
- The student will present PowerPoint visuals illustrating the various
social and religious customs in the Hispanic world.

LESSON PROCEDURE:
Two people to a group.

- Arbol de la vida
- Milagros
- Santiago de Compostela - Los pelegrinos
- La Navidad - Las Posadas y el Día 6 De Enero
- Los Matachines
- Las Fallas
- Los Penitentes en El Día De Guadalupe
- Aztec - 1 custom
- Maya - 1 custom

- Research information using Internet, library, and textbook.
- Create 8-10 slides. Each person can create slides, and they then can
be combined into one show. Mrs. Ratliff will help you with this procedure.
- Print an outline from PowerPoint--make sure it is all in Spanish.
- Print three slides per page with the notes area to be copied for all classmates.
- Print the complete PowerPoint presentation and give to teacher.
- Prepare one activity for the class to do (write or make.)
- Present lesson orally to class using the PowerPoint presentation.
- This is an oral proficiency exam grade.
