Part I: Course Introduction

Welcome! This online staff development course has been designed especially for Northside ISD Campus Webmasters. Participants should complete the four parts of the course, in numeric sequence:

• Part I: Course Introduction
• Part II: Examples and Guidelines for Use of the Forms.com Tools
• Part III: Creating Interactive Forms in Dreamweaver
• Part IV: Using the Forms.com Tools
  • Logging in to Your Account
  • Uploading HTML Forms
  • Online Data Entry
  • Sorting & Viewing Data
  • Creating Reports
  • Exporting Data to an Excel Spreadsheet

Course participants may earn six hours CPE credit by completing the course and creating and submitting four products to the instructor, Kelly Smith. In addition, teacher choice hours or Webmaster Log hours may be earned if coursework is completed outside of the regular work hours.
