Part III: Creating Interactive Forms in Dreamweaver
In this section you will create a data collection form in Dreamweaver. Then, in Part IV, you will upload your data entry form to the Forms.com host server.

- Minimize this browser window and create a new folder on the Desktop called my_forms. Then, activate the browser window once again.
- Right click on the image below and save it in your my_forms folder.
