1. Advertise, Advertise, Advertise!!! (Digital Media Fair Flyer).

2. Double check to make sure that entry adheres to copyright laws.

3. Entry should be saved in the specified file format (see each category description for details) on an individual CD or disk.

4. Each entry should be labeled completely using the CD template or disk template.

5. Log each entry into the Digital Media Fair 2008 Database.

6. All entries must be received at the Technology Services Division office, 6632 Bandera Road, Bldg. D, 78238 addressed to the attention of Rose Parks, between January 22, 2008 and April 1, 2008. No entries will be accepted later than 5:00 PM on April 1, 2008.

The "Digi Awards" will be held at Warren High School. Elementary "Digi Awards" will be held on May 21, 2008 and the Secondary "Digi Awards" will be May 22, 2008. The "Digi Awards" will begin at 6:00 PM, with refreshments following the ceremony.
