A panel of judges will independently evaluate and score each entry. Their scores will be combined to determine a total score for the entry.

The scoring criteria for all products and grade level categories will include these elements:
Content / Academic Focus
Purpose / Theme
Originality / Inventiveness / Creativity
Age-appropriate Complexity
Graphic Design Appeal
Technical Quality
Copyright Compliance
Grammar & Spelling (if applicable)

Awards will be given for 1st through 3rd places in each "General Entry" product and grade level category. Awards will be given for 1st and 2nd places in each "Large Team/Class" product and grade level category. 1st place only will be awarded for Achievers at each level. The "Digi Awards" will showcase all first, second, and third place student projects in each product and grade level category.

There will also be a Campus Sweepstakes award given in each grade level category. The Campus Sweepstakes award represents the "High Total" of placements from a campus for that grade level (1st through 3rd).

The "Digi Awards" will be held at Brandeis High School. Elementary "Digi Awards" will be held on May 19, 2010, and the Secondary "Digi Awards" will be May 20, 2010. The "Digi Awards" will begin at 6:00 PM.
