A panel of judges will independently evaluate and score each entry. Their scores will be combined to determine a total score for the entry.

The scoring criteria for all products and grade level categories will include these elements:
Content / Academic Focus
Purpose / Theme
Originality / Inventiveness / Creativity
Age-appropriate Complexity
Graphic Design Appeal
Technical Quality
Copyright Compliance
Grammar & Spelling (if applicable)

Awards will be given for 1st through 4th places in each "General Entry" product and grade level category. Awards will be given for 1st through 3rd places in each "Large Team/Class" product and grade level category. The "Digi Awards" will showcase all first, second, third, and fourth (General Entry Only) place student projects in each product and grade level category.

There will also be a Campus Sweepstakes award given in each grade level category. The Campus Sweepstakes award represents the "High Total" of placements from a campus for that grade level (1st through 4th).

The "Digi Awards" will be held at Warren High School. Elementary "Digi Awards" will be held on May 21, 2008 and the Secondary "Digi Awards" will be May 22, 2008 . The "Digi Awards" will begin at 6:00 PM, with refreshments following the ceremony.
