• Holmes HS held a special Veteran's Day Ceremony in the circle. A flag flown over Fallujah, Iraq by a former Husky was presented to the school in honor of their military- related teachers and former Huskies.
• Luna MS collected information on each of the veterans on campus and wrote an announcement recognizing them for their service. In addition, each Social Studies teacher planned a special lesson for the day.
• The Warren HS Student Council honored their campus veterans by decorating their rooms and dedicating part of our video announcements to a tribute to veterans. The Members of the Warren HS ROTC visited several elementary schools to assist them in their Veterans’ Day ceremonies.
• Marshall HS held a breakfast in honor of all campus veterans, as well as taking their picture and showing them over the video broadcast system all day. Students also decorated their classroom doors in appreciation of their service to our Country.
