The mission of NISD-TV is to support the efforts of the Communications Department through the video medium. The professional staff at NISD-TV includes a videographer/editor and a producer/narrator. Together, they produce a variety of informational and promotional videos about Northside's educational programs, schools, staff members, community, initiatives, challenges and successes. They believe that a well-informed community is also a supportive community. NISD-TV's videos are well thought out and well executed and provide the viewer with important information.

In addition to special events and other promotional videos, the NISD-TV crew produces the award winning, monthly show "Inside Northside Video Magazine" that airs four times a week on Time Warner public access. The show has been recognized by the Texas School Public Relations Association as quality programming.
