Teens in the Driver Seat Contest Winners
Once again, students from ComArts won multiple awards in the "Driving the Message" contest, part of the Teens in the Driver Seat campaign for teen driving safety. This annual contest, sponsored by State Farm Insurance, gives high school students the opportunity to save lives by creating video public service announcements (PSAs). Students not only win acclaim, but also financial rewards for their school.
The winners are:
First Place PSA ($1000), “I Am A Teenage Driver,” by Shane L.-W. and Nico W.
Third Place PSA ($250), “Click Today,” by Nico W., Bria F. and Alex C.
Honorable Mention: “Don’t Let Technology Make You Extinct,” by Braden S. and Amanda R.
Honorable Mention: “Don’t Count Sheep In Your Seat,” by Elyse F. and Gabrielle P.
