January 9, 2013: Magnet School Fair 6:30pm – 8:00pm @ Northside Activity Center
January 9-30, 2013: recruitment visits to NISD middle schools
January 28, 2013: CAHS Evening Tour for Prospective Students 6:30pm-8:00pm
February 11, 2013: Applications from Northside ISD Middle Schools submitted to Communications Arts (middle school due dates vary - check with middle school counselors for deadlines)
March 8, 2013: Notification letters mailed to all applicants
March 19, 2013: Commitment Letters due for prospective students accepted only to Communications Arts (single acceptance)
March 19, 21, 2013: CAHS Orientation for students chosen in lottery
April 1, 2013: Commitment Letters due for prospective students accepted by multiple magnet schools
