Joseph
Cunningham ('99) married Stacey Sanchez ('01) on August
5, 2005, in Hawaii. Joseph
graduated from UTSA with a BS in Kinesiology and was accepted into
Officer Training School for the US Air Force at Maxwell AFB and
should
be leaving by this summer. Joseph and Stacy's
daughter Maile Danielle was born December 7, 2006. |

Jeff Escamilla ('99) graduated
from the University of Texas at San Antonio
with a degree in Information Systems and is currently the Manager
of IT for
the Witte Museum. Previously, he worked as the Network Administrator
for
CMSE, a government contracting company. During the course of his
work he has
traveled to Japan, Germany, and England. |

Melissa Limon ('99) received her Master's degree
in teaching from Trinity University. She now teaches fourth grade
at Hawthorne Academy in San Antonio ISD. |

Julie
Matonis ('99) graduated from Texas Christian University with
a degree in Broadcasting. She was recently hired as a producer for

Rice ('99) graduated from the University of Texas at Austin
and is now designing software for HEB. |

Jason
Sippel ('99) is currently working on his
PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from Texas
A&M.
He got his first two degrees at TAMU as well; he graduated with his
undergraduate degree in Meteorology in 2002 and his Masters in
Atmospheric Sciences in 2004. Funding is up on his current degree in
December 2007, so that's when he hopes to be done. His masters thesis was
an observational paper describing the genesis of Tropical Storm Allison
and how it can be used to view tropical cyclone formation in general.
He was the first author on a similar paper that was published in Monthly
Weather Review this past July, and his current research is on tropical
cyclone formation from a numerical modeling and predictability
standpoint.
In December 2005, he married Kelsey (seen
in picture). They
currently reside in College Station.

Faith Thomson ('99) graduated from Texas Tech
with a degree in Finance. She has just returned from a mission
trip to Australia, Indonesia, and East Timor. |

Justin Blue ('00) is serving in the U.S. Army. He is being deployed
to Iraq as part of the peacekeeping forces. Our hearts go with him. |

Jeff Greilich ('00) is continuing to produce amazing video projects
in the Radio/Television/Film department at the University of Texas
at Austin. In February 2004 he founded the McGuffin
Film Festival in Austin with fellow CAHS grads and UT students
T.J. McGraw ('02) and Austen Menges ('03). |

Travis Herzog ('00) graduated with honors (and a 4.0) with a B.S.
in Meteorology from Texas A&M. He was the recipient of Texas A&M
University's Brown Foundation-Earl Rudder Memorial Outstanding Student
Award, the highest honor bestowed upon a graduating senior.
Currently, he is also working full-time as the morning/noon meteorologist
at KBTX-TV3, the CBS affiliate in Bryan, TX. You can read more about

Kimberly
Phillips ('00) graduated magna cum laude
in 2004 from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Criminal
Justice. She is currently completing her third year of law school
at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio and will graduate
in May 2007. Kimberly is an oral advocate and brief writer for the
St. Mary's Moot Court team, and a member of the following organizations:
Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honors fraternity, the State
Bar of Texas Law Student Division, and the American Bar Association
Law Student Division. Kimberly is also a two-time ABA Moot Court
Regional Champion, and the current Texas Young Lawyers Association
(TYLA) Texas Moot Court Champion. Kimberly was named the Best Oral
Advocate in Texas this past summer at the TYLA competition, and was
most recently named the Best Oral Advocate in the nation at the National
Finals of the ABA Moot Court Tournament. She is also the recipient
of 7 scholarships from St. Mary's. She will join Gardere Wynne Sewell,
L.L.P., in the fall of 2007 as an associate attorney in the trial
division of the law firm. |

Avery
Salter ('00) attended the University of Texas at Austin
and graduated in May 2004 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor
in Educational Psychology. She now lives in Dallas where she
is an Assistant Buyer for Neiman Marcus.

Taele ('00) is finishing his studies for a dual B.S. degree in
Computer Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin,
with a concentration in robotics and artificial intelligence.

Travis Taylor (00), graduated from Baylor
University in Dec. 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics.
He is now attending Baylor College of Medicine in Houston with a
full scholarship provided by the school based on merit. He will be
obtaining a residency in Anesthesiology in 2008 upon graduating from
medical school.

Kessa Alderson ('01) will be graduating from Baylor University as a
Religion major and with emphases in Psychology and Philosophy in the Spring of
'05. She has been accepted at Truett Seminary, which is the seminary on Baylor's
campus and will be taking classes there when she finishes at Baylor this spring.
She hopes to find herself in Boston in the Fall studying at Gordon-Conwell Theological
Seminary, and plans on going into a Christian ministry in the area of counseling. |

Bryan Baeten ('01) is attending Texas Christian
University. |

Saritha Campbell ('01)
is finishing her last year at UTSA with a Bachelor's in Sociology
and a minor in Philosophy. She has dedicated herself to helping
inner city youth and is active in that community. She has also
worked and volunteered with SAISD, Bexar County, and the Inner
City Olympics. Immediately upon graduation she will secure a
career and pursue her Ph.D. in Psychology.

Joel Diaz ('01) "After
changing majors 2-3 times, I cut my losses and graduated with
a Bachelor's in Economics and Stats. I worked for a bank for
a while after that, the pay was good, but I got bored. I was
offered a position teaching Free Market Economics and International
Economics at an American university in Zhengzhou, PR China.
That is where I am currently been residing for the past year.
I plan on living in China for a couple of years to perfect my
Mandarin, and who knows after that. It's been the most enlightened
experience of my life."

Scott
Parks ('01) attended UTSA for 4 yrs on a AFROTC Scholarship,
where he recieved a BBA in
Information Systems Management. He commissioned in the USAF as a
Second Lieutenant, and I works in the 60th
Communications Squadron as the Deputy Flight Commander at Travis
AFB, California.
He says, "
Air Force life has been pretty cool. I
haven't deployed yet but will do so in the near future.
Currently I am studying for the GMAT getting ready
to go to California State University at
Sacramento to get a Masters in Information Management. Also,
I'm getting married to Stephanie Balladares (Taft '02) on July
7, 2007." |

Megan Pachecano ('01) will graduate from the University
of Texas at Austin in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal
Performance. She will then continue her music studies in the pursuit
of a Master of Music Degree. |

Mark Perry ('01) Mark Perry ('01) graduated with
highest honors from Abilene Christian University in 2005 with a
degree in Finance and Accounting. Following graduation he worked
for two years in energy sector financial accounting for Ernst & Young
in Fort Worth, TX. In the fall of 2007, Mark began work on his
Master's degree in International Security Studies at Georgetown
University's School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. |

Stacey Sanchez ('01) married Joseph Cunningham ('99) on August 5, 2005,
in Hawaii. Their daughter

Kubasaki, Japan. |

Michael Schott ('01) graduated
with honors from UT Austin with a BBA in Finance and Accounting in 2005.
He is now working in Investment Banking
at Jefferies & Company in New York City.

Levi Thomson ('01) graduated from the UNiversity
of North Texas with a B. A.
in Radio/TV/Film in May of 2004 with honors (Cum Laude) at the age of 20.
After spending a year in an intensive seminary quality bible program, in
ministry, and working as a school bus driver, he has ended up back in San
Antonio working as an Associate Producer for KENS-5 Eyewitness News.
