How to Buy a 2012-13 Yearbook
During the summer, you may still order your yearbook online. Click on the "BUY YOUR YEARBOOK" link at left to order and pay with a credit card through our yearbook publisher's secure website.
2012-13 Yearbook price if ordered before August 1, 2013:
$702012-13 Yearbooks will be distributed on Prep Day, Tuesday, August 13, 2013. A limited number of "extra" books might still be available for $75 on that day, but we may sell out over the summer.
Please use the "Classic Yearbook Order Form" at left if you wish to purchase a yearbook from a previous year.
I ordered a yearbook but I can't pick it up on Prep Day. How do I get it?
Students returning to ComArts: you will get your yearbook through your Communications class during the first week of school.
Seniors who graduated in 20132 and need to pick up a yearbook that is already paid for: stop by the main office at ComArts AFTER Prep Day and get your yearbook from Mrs. Roberts.
Students who have moved or otherwise can't come to ComArts: if you would like to have your Yearbook mailed to you, please send us a large (at least 8" x 12") self-addressed envelope with either $5.70 postage already affixed, or a separate check for $5.70 (payable to "CAHS") to cover the cost of postage. Mail the envelope and postage to:

9th, 10th and 11th GRADERS will have their school pictures taken on Prep Day. These photos will be used on the portrait pages of the yearbook. Students may also order picture packages. An order form will be sent in the mail to all students together with other Prep Day information over the summer. Pictures will be distributed during the third or fourth week of school to students who purchased a package.
SENIORS: The deadline for having senior pictures taken for the yearbook is December 1, 2013. Seniors may have their senior picture taken directly at Prestige Portraits studios -- call 690-1476 or go to www.prestigeportraits.com/sanantonio/ to make an appointment for your senior picture session. Please note that we only publish senior photos from Prestive in the Senior Portrait section of the yearbook; this yearbook picture is free and you are under no obligation to purchase any pictures from Prestige unless you choose to do so.
There will also be one Saturday session here on campus for senior pictures in September; the date will be announced after school starts. A sign-up sheet for appointments on this date will be available in Ms. Malik's classroom.
PLEASE REMEMBER! The deadline for having senior pictures taken for the yearbook is December 1. Please do not wait until Thanksgiving break to call for an appointment! They will already be booked up by then.
Seniors who have already had their senior picture taken: Upon receipt of your proofs, choose your favorite pose and call 1-800-736-4775 or go online to select your personal choice for your yearbook picture. If you have not received your proofs after 4 weeks, please call 1-800-736-4775,

SENIOR AD INFORMATION
The final deadline for placing an ad in the 2013-14 yearbook will be February 1, 2014. Ordering information will be mailed to all senior parents in the Fall of 2013. Please contact heidi.whitus@nisd.net if you would like more information.
A variety of sizes and prices are available:
- a quarter page ($70),
- half page ($125) and
- full page ($250)
If you would like to purchase an ad, you have two ordering and payment options:
- To order online and pay with a credit card, go to our yearbook publisher’s secure website at yearbooksforever.com, enter the name of our school, click "Buy Personal Ad," and then follow the instructions there to create an ad online. (Ad prices are the same, but there is an additional $5 service charge.)
- Complete an order form and return it to ComArts (via fax, regular mail or in person), along with your payment and any photos or other graphics that you would like to use. You may submit photos as digital files on a CD or flash drive, or as hard copies which we will scan and return safely to you. You may design the ad layout yourself, or let our staff do it for you. We promise to keep the ad a secret if you wish..
