Meadow Village

Artfest will be at the Paul Taylor Field House Friday 4-8:30pm and Saturday 8:30- 2:00pm. (April 19-20) Many students from MVE have art work displayed.

Third, fourth and fifth grade students will be taking the STAAR test this week. For test security and to give the students the best testing enviornment, we ask that parents limit their visits to the school this week.

The Kinder students will have their Shoe Box Parade followed by a STAAR Rally to encourage 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders to do their best on the STAAR test the week of April 22nd.

The book fair will run from April 16 - 18, 2013. On April 16th the book fair will be open after school until 5:45 PM.

PTA Meeting followed by the Spring Fine Arts presentations. The music department will feature the drum line and the strings groups. The visual arts department will have art exhibits and the GT students will also have exhibits of students' work.

The Parent Involvement Committee will host a parent coffee. The focus will be on parents helping student be successful in math. Parents and students will work together.

Colleges, Universities and Vocational Schools will have displays and provide information to students and parents. Students and special guest will model in a Careers Fashion Show. Refreshments will be served. Meadow Village's Family Involvement Committee, Guidance Department and ACE Learning Tree are sponsoring this event.
