What documents do I need to bring to register my child at Galm Elementary School?

To register a child you will need the following:

• Proof of residency (such as a bill or lease with the address)
  
• Current shot record
  
• Child's Social Security Card
• Certified copy of the birth certificate (from the Health Department, not the hospital)

To qualify for Kindergarten, the child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st. Click here for other kindergarten requirements.
