"My experience as a longtime NISD volunteer has given me an understanding of some of the challenges that face our administrators, teachers, and children of NISD. Funding and growth will continue to be challenges that as a School Board we will have to face head on and continue to provide the educational opportunities the children need for success academically and in life. My children have benefited from the opportunities they have had available to them in NISD and one of my goals is to ensure that all the children of NISD have the opportunities to assist them in achieving their individual maximum learning potential. I am honored to work alongside parents, community, staff, and board members as we continue to do what is in the best interest of the children of Northside Independent School District."
