The priorities of the strategic plan focus on improving student achievement and success; providing a safe learning environment; recruiting, hiring and retaining highly qualified personnel; developing and maintaining a strong technology system; enhancing communication; developing school-business-community partnerships; providing and maintaining facilities to accommodate growth; and maintaining a strong financial system that will provide an equitable and quality education for all students.

These are areas that are instrumental to having a strong school district that is growing and thriving for our community. Activities that address these priorities will receive a major focus under the leadership of Cabinet members and will be reviewed quarterly. The planning process is very important in a district as large as Northside, but more important is ensuring that the focus of the plans is addressed and implemented in order to lead to a better school district.
