Call for Volunteers
Please consider giving your support to the Hatchett Elementary PTA organization. There are much need of volunteers. To get started, a background check is necessary for the safety of our children. A simple electonic form can be submitted at the following link (Criminal History Authorization for Volunteers and Contract Workers). You can also complete a paper form in the school's Administration Office. Once a form is submitted, it can take up to about 3 weeks for the background check to be completed. Check on the status of your form with the Admin Office. Remember to always sign-in at the Admin Office even when working as a school volunteer.
Once again, Welcome! and Thank You! for giving your time, effort and talent to making Hatchett Elementary PTA a wonderful organization. PTA supports every child!
Volunteers are currently needed for the following:
* PTA Board Members - Please contact PTA President to get more info on vacant positions.
* Fall Festival Volunteers - Please contact Ms. Flores, VP-Fundraising for more info.
*
Room Parents - Assist classroom teachers with small tasks, field trips, class parties
* Cafeteria Monitor - Assist school staff with monitoring behavior, distributing condiments and utensils
* Library Monitor - Assist librarian with shelving books, book fairs
