My name is Kerri Mack, and I am the new Librarian at Health Careers High School. Before becoming a librarian, I taught English, Reading, ESL and Special Education on both the middle and high school levels. After seven years in the classroom, I obtained my Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of North Texas. This will be my 6th year as a librarian.
My hobbies include reading, saltwater fishing, driving and working on cars, and (I hate to admit…) watching television. I am a big fan of Law & Order and CSI.
Our Librarian Assistant is Mrs. Ver. She is a graduate of MSEnverga University in Manila where she received a degree in Civil Engineering. She has also completed a degree at Northwest Vista College. Mrs. Ver has worked with students in both middle and high school.
