Music is a key factor in defining a culture. Participation in the HCHS music department allows you/your child to help define who they are and how they can have a positive mpact on our community. Not only is it benificial socially but also psycologically. Music can provide an outlet to share emotions and express new ideas in a creative and artistic way. It has been scientifically and statistically proven that students in music are more intelligent and do better in the classroom.
