KINDER Registration

All children who will be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2008 are eligible to pre-register for Kindergarten.

All children who will be 6 years of age on or before September 1, 2008 who have not previously attended public schools are eligible to pre-register for first grade.

Parents should bring the following documents: (Please bring your original documents along with a Xerox copy of the original documents as this will expedite registration).

• original or certified copy of birth certificate (not the hospital certificate)
• up-to-date immunization record
• proof of residence (current utility bill, lease or sales agreement)
• social security card of child, if available
• parent identification (driver's license or I.D. card)

Returning your registration materials as soon as possible will prevent your child from having to attend another campus.
Your child is not considered registered until the school has all the items listed above and immunizations are up-to-date.  Refer to District Health Services website for info on required immunizations.  A valid immunization certificate with dates of immunizations indicated is required by state law.
