Once upon a time is how most fairy tales begin. As you explore the world of fairy tales, you will see that an adventure awaits you at every turn in the world of fairy tales. You will be reading through many fairy tales. Listen and enjoy!!

                                Task
You will work on the internet to choose 5 fairy tales to listen to from the resources
below.  You must also read 15 other fairy tales from the books in the classroom and in the library.  Listen to each fairy tale.  How does each fairy tale begin and end?  What is the moral of each fairy tale?  Remember that at the end of  listening and reading all the fairy tales you  will create your own fairy tale and present it to the class.

                                                         The Process
1. Explore some of the links below to see what they have
    to offer.
2. Listen to at least five different fairy tales on the internet.
3. As you listen to each fairy tale, complete the summary
sheet on each fairy tale before you go on and listen to
    the next fairy tale.
4.  Play one game after you have finished the summaries.
5.  Finish reading the rest of the fairy tales using the books
in our classroom and in the library.

                                                Evaluation
you will be turning in your summaries as part of your grade. You will then write your own fairy tale and we will use a rubric to evaluate your writings and your presentation.
