Health Services available from the clinic include:
*First aid for students and teachers
*Administration of routine and emergency medications
*Physical assessment of ill students, providing notification to parents, and
referring to home or physician where indicated.
*Excluding potentially contagious students from the classroom
*Screening vision and hearing, and referral
*Evaluation and maintenance of immunizations to meet Department of Health standards
for Texas
*Maintain and update emergency and health records on all students
*Health related teaching to students and faculty
*Provide medical treatments to students as needed
*Health assessments of medically fragile, or special needs students
*Resource for faculty and families
