Welcome to a world where
the creatures are tiny, often microscopic! It is an exciting and interesting
world. We have selected some of our favorite insects for you to visit and
learn about! Before we begin let's learn about insect facts that are true

Insects in General
Our little insect friends are found everywhere in the world, even in our Kindergarten classes and on the playground! Some insects are friendly and helpful to people. Butterflies, bees, and ladybugs are some of the common ones we know are helpful. Cockroaches, mosquitoes, and fleas can be dangerous to humans. Have you ever thought about eating an insect for dinner? In parts of the world insects are an important part of people's diets! YUCK!
