Thank you for visiting the Holmes High School Counseling Department web page. We hope that you will find the information here helpful. We have tried to provide information that will assist both parents and students in planning for a successful and enjoyable experience here at Holmes High School. Our counselors and staff are here to help students and parents navigate their way through high school and plan for the future. The counseling office is open from 8:00 to 4:15 Monday through Friday. Parent-Counselor conferences can be easily arranged with a phone call (397-7032) or e-mail monica.bennett@nisd.net. Because we are aware that your time is valuable, we would encourage you to call or email your son or daughter's counselor to insure he/she will be available to meet with you at a time of your choosing. We are committed to the idea that success in school and life relates to people's personal, social, career and educational development. The Comprehensive Guidance Program at Holmes High School provides age appropriate activities, preventive and remedial intervention as needed and group and individual counseling for students.
