Click on the Natural Environments of North America link.

Section One Instructions

1. Click on the National Park link.
2. Select a national park listed under “Parks & Recreation.”
3. Choose one national park in Texas and provide details about the park including:
1. Where is it located in Texas ?
2. Provide a 3-4 sentence summary of what attractions the park offers.
3. Describe whether or not you would visit the park.
4. Choose one out of state national park.
1. Where is it located?
2. Provide a 3-4 sentence summary of what attractions the park offers.
3. Describe whether or not you would visit the park.

Section Two Instructions

1. Click on Section Two & the link “Environment Canada”
2. Select the national link.
3. Discover one of the ways that Canada is attempting to preserve their environment.
1. Provide a 3-4 sentence summary of a specific action the Canadian government or other groups are attempting to conserve the environment.
2. Describe your feelings on whether or not you think the action will or will not be effective. Should the U.S. adopt a similar program?

Section Three Instructions

1. Click on Section Three & the links on natural resources.
2. You decide what link you would like to explore.
3. Create two questions and answers that provide background information to the site you have explored. (For example: What information did the website provide? Provide a 3-4 sentence answer.)
