The office is open on school days from 7:15 - 3:45. Parents/Guardians may register students living in our
attendance area during these times.

Documents required for registration:

• Proof of Residence (i.e. utility or phone bill)

• Child's Social Security Card

• Health Department Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records (students must be current on all immunizations; refer to the District Health Services website for information on required immunizations)

• Parent/Guardian Identification

• Withdrawl Papers from Previous School
