Meet the ECT

Howsman Technology

Hello, my name is Jessica Garza and welcome to Howsman's Technology pages. Howsman is equipped with 2 computer labs and a variety of technology tools. Some of my responsibilities include working with staff and students to effectively integrate techology into the curriculum.

Some of my past experiences include running a science lab, teaching 4th grade at Powell Elementary and currently starting a new adventure as the Campus Instructional Technologist here at Howsman. I am proud to say that I work with a very friendly and welcoming staff.

I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies/Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and my Master's in Integrated Technology from Walden University.

Some of my passions include working with children, animals and learning about new technology. I am originally from Brownsville, Texas where I often visit family and friends.
