          to compute number of staff gives full credit:  one for each teacher

            Ladder, TIRP, Critical Needs, etc.
* Principals may divide the flat stipends and extended days in appropriate increments; however, extended days can only be split in half or whole days.
  Note that extended days will be based on employee's base daily rate.
