Included in the Northside Independent School District's Mission Statement are the beliefs that people are our most important resource and that each individual has worth and deserves respect. These beliefs support the overarching belief that children come first. When employees' behaviors do not reflect these beliefs, it may be necessary for the Office of Employee Relations to provide assistance. Sometimes employees have disputes or disagreements with co-workers; sometimes they have complaints about working conditions or job duties. When these occur, employees should always discuss the issues with their immediate supervisors. But if the supervisor can not resolve the problem, or if the employee's concern IS the supervisor, he should feel free to contact the Employee Relations Officer, Sandra Marks, or Human Resources Administrator, Grantley "Box" Boxill.
