ALL SUBSTITUTES MUST REGISTER BY PHONE TO USE THE SEMS SYSTEM!
You must call 522-8987 to register with the system and will not receive any new jobs until you have done so. THEN follow the instructions below to use the new system correctly.

Effective February 14, 2004, substitutes made the transition from the SubFinder system to the new SEMS and WebCenter products. Instructions for using SEMS and WebCenter are provided in the Substitute Handbook. Quick Reference Guides and a User's Manual for these systems can also be viewed and printed out by clicking on the eSchool Documents button to the left.


1. Call SEMS system and push * button when prompted.
2. Enter Social Security Number.
3. Follow telephone prompts to get your new PIN number.
4. Use your new PIN number to access SEMS from then on; you will also use your new PIN number when using WebCenter.
5. Find your EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER on your paycheck stub.
6. Use your EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER and your new PIN number to log on to WebCenter.
7. Give your EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER to schools and teachers when they want to request or pre-arrange jobs with you NOT your computer generated PIN number given through SEMS registration.
