Casa de Joanna:  Language Learning Resources  This site has a variety of things including links to many other websites that students could use to glean information and pictures for class projects ranging from art to food and international music and fashion.  Most material in Spanish
NeTeach This site is for teacher and has a vast collection of websites organized by topic.  Really great variety.
Randall’s ESL Cyber Listening Lab   Listening practice and quizzes. It provides hundreds of  opportunities for students to work on language and includes “long conversations with real video.”
Everything ESL Great site to use with Beginning ESOL.  It has many art, music, and visual ideas for teaching a variety of topics. *All supplementals are provided within the webpage.
English Forum This site has a number of worthwhile exercises for students including grammar and vocabulary exercises. 
The Exploratorium in Spanish This site emphasizes science and includes puzzles and optical illusions with instructions in Spanish. *Information in English as well.
Spanish-Teacher Contains a multitude of links to wonderful resources.  Many exercises, readings, project ideas and there is a section on creating rubrics for language students from the Fairfax Public School system that is worth a look.
