Jordan offers Fine
Arts, Art 1, and Art 2. The art instructors are
Mr. Tom Paulsen
and
Mr.
Xavier Garza. All
art classes offer a wide variety of projects. The program is very
experimental, always seeking and trying out new ideas and materials,
boldly going where no middle school art class has gone before. The
curriculum involves drawing with pencils, crayons, markers, and
paint. Students experience printing with clay, working with wood,
styrofoam, papier mache and anything else we can get our hands on.
When a student enters our classroom they need to come with an open
mind and a pencil.
