Back to library

We are always busy trying to make the library exciting and fun!  Here are some events that will be happening in the library over the next few months.

Fall  Scholastic Book Fair - Dec. 5-9
The Book Fair will be open to parents and students from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day during this second week in December.  Parents are invited to come shop with their children during the day or during the parent night which will be Tuesday,  from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.   Remember!  Books make WONDERFUL Christmas and Hanukkah gifts!  I love book fairs, don't you?

Spring Scholastic Book Fair - April 11-15
The Book Fair will be open to parents and students from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day during this second week in April.  Parents are invited to come shop with their children during the day or during the parent night which will be Tuesday,  from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  Hope to see you there!

We had an author visit on Sept. 19.  Mr. Julian Franklin , a storyteller, magician, and ecologist, surprised us with his amazing stories and tricks.

On Feb. 2, Mr. Lucas Miller, the singing zoologist, visited our school.  He is a wonderful storyteller and scientist.  His book Elmer the Dog was available for purchase.  He also had two CD's for purchase.
Much fun was had by all!

We'll have a busy year!
