Boy, do we love to have a few extra helping hands! When our little ones come in, we really want to give them all of our attention and love, which gives us less time to shelve books, assist with the accelerated reader program, help students find major sections, and help with the Book Fair (held twice a year). And we always appreciate your help in processing new books (covering or typing new spine labels) or maintaining old beloved ones (taping, gluing, re-covering). Do you have just a few minutes? No problem! We'd appreciate any time you can spare. The District asks that you "register" as a PAL before you begin. Then we'll give you a little training to help you feel at home in the library. Some parents just come a little early before picking up their children, and it certainly helps us finish out the day pleasantly! Each of you helps to make the Knowlton Library Program successful.
