Krueger Library Information

Hours:      Monday:   7:15 - 3:00    Tuesday - Thursday   7:15 - 3:30       Friday:   7:15 - 3:00

Circulation:

All library books are checked out for two weeks at a time.   Each class is scheduled in the library once a week, however students in grades 1 -5 may use a library pass to check out books on days other than their library day.

Kindergarten and first grade students may check out 1 book at a time.

Students in grades 2-5 may check out 2 books at a time.

Parents may also set up a library account that allows up to 5 books at a time to be checked out.

Overdue notices are run once a month.  Students with overdue library books are not allowed to check out any books until the overdue book is returned.

 

Lost and Damaged Books:

When a books is either lost or damaged, the library patron will be asked to pay to replace the book.   Parents will be notified with a letter if a book needs to be replaced.

 

Databases:

We have access to several research databases including Worldbook Online, Britannica Online, Gale (Kids Infobits and Student Resource Center), and EBSCO.    These resources may be used on campus or at home.   In order to use them at home, students will need to obtain a card in the library with the passwords.
