Vince has been with Northside ISD since October 1986. He started out as a carpenter's apprentice and was promoted to a maintenance carpenter February 1991. Two years later he advanced to a G6 carpenter, then in 2002 to a G7 carpenter and received the title Maintenance Planner where he was responsible for the maintenance flooring and bond flooring projects throughout the District. He coordinated special construction projects and assisted with the Minor Construction Project Request (MCPR) Program. As of Aug 6, 2008 he was promoted to Buiding Trades Manager and oversees Carpentry, Locksmiths, Flooring, Welders, Masons, Roofers & Glazers.

Mark Blaschke

Mark has been with NISD since January 17, 1986. He started out as an Apprentice Carpenter, G-3 and was promoted to Maintenance Carpenter, G-5 in February 1991. After two years service as a G-5, he was then promoted to the position of Carpenter, G-6 in 1993. In 1998 a new position came open for Building Trades Foreman. Mark applied for the position and was promoted to G-8, where he assisted the Building Trades Manager and coordinated the SMART Team Program. As the District continued to grow there was a need to develop a group designated as a Maintenance Planning Group. Marks responsibility in conjunction with this group includes the Minor Construction Project Request Program, SMART Team, and Special Projects. In 2007 the District put together its first Maintenance Satellite. With this growth that has been encountered, Mark rejoined the Building Trades Shop. Since, his responsibilities now include, overseeing the MCPR Program, SMART Team, Locksmiths’, and Carpenters, under the supervision of the Building Trades Manager.
