Introduction
Imagine that you just finished a long and difficult journey across the Atlantic Ocean on a wooden ship.  You have just arrived and landed ashore.  Everyone in your group must now face making tough decisions like where to live, what kind of house to build, what food to eat, and where to look for food.  What do you think life was like for someone your age living in a community like this over 300 years ago?
Use the Internet Resources to answer the 10 questions that follow. When you have finished, answer the Big Question that asks you to combine a lot of what you learned through this treasure hunt into a "big picture."
