We love to read fairy tales because there are so
many different
versions of our favorite stories. The Three Little Pigs is one of those
stories. So, how is each version of the story different? Today you will
become a detective and you will investigate three different versions of
this fairy tale to decide how each is different and to determine which is
your favorite!
As a team, you will investigate to find:
-the different story elements in each story
-the meaning of each story
-the story that is your favorite
-to create a story map for one version of
the story using Inspiration
1.First you will
work with a partner.
2.Next, you will
look at the resources and decide which story to map.
3.After looking at
the story, you will begin your project.
4.Start by brainstorming and retell the story as a team.
5.Use the story map below to record your ideas before you create your project.
6. Extension: Use Kid Pix to create your own version
of the Three Little Pigs.
